What types of projects do you specialize in?
I specialize in architecture, residential interiors, commercial interiors, brand lifestyle, and outdoor lifestyle photography and video productions. This covers a wide range of subjects including products, people, and environments. I also have extensive experience in food photography, making me a strong fit for hospitality and tourism clients. If you're unsure whether your project is a good fit, feel free to reach out and we can talk through it.

Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes, drone work is a core part of what I offer. I hold a Basic Drone Pilot Certificate through Transport Canada, which covers a wide range of outdoor and open-area operations. Advanced operations require a larger crew and I have the team and experience to support these projects when the need arises.
It's worth noting that drone operations in Canada are subject to airspace restrictions depending on the location and nature of the shoot. During the planning process we'll work through any requirements together to make sure everything is covered before we get on location.

What are your travel policies?
Based in Toronto and Ottawa, I'm available for projects across Canada and beyond. I regularly serve clients throughout Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Oakville, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Niagara, Muskoka, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Kingston, Peterborough, Bancroft, and Prince Edward County.
In Quebec, I primarily serve clients in Montreal, Gatineau, Sutton, and the surrounding regions.
In British Columbia, I work primarily between Vancouver and Pemberton, covering Whistler and the Sea-to-Sky corridor along the way.
No matter where your project takes us, travel fees are calculated from the nearest base location (Toronto, Ottawa, & Guelph) and cover all necessary crew and equipment. I love to travel and it is one of the many reasons I love this craft. I will always work with you to keep costs reasonable.

How far in advance should I book?
Booking 30 days or more in advance is ideal and gives us the most flexibility when it comes to scheduling. That said, I understand that projects don't always come with a lot of lead time. Depending on the season and my current schedule, I can often accommodate shorter timelines. Reaching out early is always the best move to secure your preferred dates.

Do you shoot both photo and video on the same project?
Yes, photo and video can absolutely be captured together on the same project. The main consideration is logistics. Depending on the complexity of the project, it sometimes works better to dedicate separate half days or full days to each service, ensuring both get the focused attention they deserve. During the planning process we'll work out the approach that gets the best results for your project.

What is your delivery timeline for final images and videos?
Standard photos are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks, and video projects may vary based on complexity, from 1-2 weeks for simple edits to over a month for larger campaigns. I provide a clear timeline before starting.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Weather is always a factor with outdoor work. If the forecast is looking unfavorable I'm flexible and happy to discuss rescheduling within a 24 to 48 hour window before the shoot. Once I'm on location I'm there to shoot and will make the most of whatever conditions we're working with.
In fact, some of my favorite images have happened because of dramatic weather. In cases where weather makes shooting genuinely impossible on the day, rescheduling may be necessary and some costs may need to be shared between us. For projects that involve significant travel, contingency days are built into the planning process upfront to minimize this as much as possible.
