Mentoring
For Creatives

Over the past two decades I’ve worked across several areas of the creative industry including photography, video production, filmmaking, music, and the web design space. Along the way I’ve also spent a great deal of time supporting other creatives who were trying to find their footing, grow their businesses, or navigate the realities of building a life in the creative world.

Creative careers rarely follow a predictable path, and there isn’t a single formula that works for everyone. Because of that, I don’t approach mentorship as a rigid program or a packaged course. The goal is simply to connect, talk through the challenges you’re facing, and offer guidance based on my own experiences across multiple creative industries.

There are two ways to learn with me...

Book a Call

The goal is to create a place where creatives can open up about what they’re navigating, share ideas, and support each other along the way.

Some common topics include:
  • navigating the realities of creative careers
  • building sustainable creative businesses
  • creativity, purpose, and long-term direction
  • lifestyle design and the freedom many creatives seek
  • lessons learned from projects and real industry experiences

For now the Substack is free while the community continues to grow. The Founder tier also includes a one-on-one mentorship call as part of the membership.
These one-on-one sessions are open discussions where we can talk through whatever you're currently navigating. Some people arrive with specific business questions, while others are trying to figure out their next direction creatively or professionally.

There’s no fixed structure. The goal is simply to explore ideas, work through challenges, and see where the conversation leads.

Some common topics include:
  • building a sustainable creative business
  • pricing and navigating client relationships
  • developing your creative voice
  • production workflows and creative process
  • balancing work, lifestyle, and long-term creative goals

Creative careers can be unpredictable, and sometimes the most valuable thing is simply having a conversation with someone who understands the challenges of building a life in the creative world.

One-On-One Creative Mentorship

Random Thoughts of a Creative is a Substack where I share reflections on creativity, business, lifestyle design, and the realities of building a life in the creative world. It’s a space for thoughtful observations drawn from real experiences in the creative industry, sometimes serious, sometimes sarcastic, but always honest.

Random Thoughts of a Creative

I am driven by the belief that our environments shape our lives—our happiness, creativity, and spiritual connection. As a photographer and filmmaker, my art is dedicated to more than just capturing moments; it's about invoking a connection to the spaces we live, work, and play in.

Specializing in architecture, interiors, and lifestyle, I take a documentary-style approach to every project—observing rather than directing and letting moments reveal their own rhythm. I’m fascinated by how light moves through a space, how textures and landscapes invite us in, and how subtle details tell the stories of the lives lived within them. I’m drawn to projects that celebrate meaningful design, real people, and the quiet beauty found in everyday life.

Real experiences create something staged content cannot. When people interact naturally with a space, product, or service, the result is imagery that feels lived in, relatable, and far more meaningful to your audience.
