Booking Your Shoot
Our process is designed to make your experience seamless and efficient. Once we receive the relevant details about your project, we’ll develop a customized quote and timeline that clearly sets the goals and vision for your shoot. Together, we’ll determine the scale of the shoot—whether it requires a full day, or multi-day session—depending on the complexity and scope of your project.
Once the details are finalized, we’ll secure your shoot date with a 50% deposit and a signed terms and conditions contract.

Pre-Production
This is where the foundation for a successful shoot is laid. A well-executed shoot begins with thoughtful planning and preparation. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll schedule a creative call to discuss your project in detail. During this call, we’ll explore your goals, identify potential challenges, and create a strategy for showcasing your space at its best.
To streamline the process and reduce project costs, we often recommend a virtual walkthrough. You can take us through the space via video call, allowing us to identify key features, lighting needs, and areas that may require extra attention. For most projects, this eliminates the need for in-person scouting while still ensuring we capture every important detail.
We’ll also ask you to provide photos or videos of the space, taken with your phone. These images help us better understand the environment, assess potential challenges, and prioritize what’s most visually compelling. For larger-scale projects like commercial spaces or custom builds, an in-person scout may still be necessary, and we’ll include this in your estimate if required.
By collaborating closely with you during pre-production, we ensure that the shoot day runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering imagery that captures your space in its best light—both literally and figuratively.
The Shoot Day
On the day of the shoot, my team will arrive promptly at the agreed-upon location. We’ll begin with a walkthrough to align on the vision for the day and finalize the order of production. During this walkthrough, we’ll also study how natural light interacts with the space, determining the optimal sequence for capturing each shot throughout the day.
Our shoots are highly collaborative. Using tethered capture on a laptop or tablet, we’ll review each image in real-time, allowing for on-the-spot adjustments to styling and composition. This ensures every image aligns with your vision and highlights the best features of your space. Typically, this is where the final images are selected, though in many cases, a proofing phase may follow to refine the selection further.
You’re welcome to be as involved in the process as you’d like. Whether you prefer to provide active input or trust us to work independently, we’ll ensure your vision comes to life. If you or a representative cannot attend, rest assured that we’ll apply our expertise to deliver imagery that perfectly reflects your goals.
Post-Production
After the shoot, we’ll carefully review and curate the best images within 24–48 hours, creating a proofing gallery for your selection. These unretouched images focus solely on composition, giving you a clear idea of the visual possibilities. Once your selections are made, the real artistry begins.
Our post-production process involves detailed retouching, including advanced techniques like compositing, color correction, and perspective adjustments. Each image is meticulously refined to meet the highest standards, ensuring the architectural integrity and design intent are beautifully showcased. Post-production often requires as much time—or more—than the shoot itself, as we craft images that resonate with your audience.
You can expect your first review of retouched images in approximately two weeks of your submitted selections. We include one round of retouching revisions to ensure the final images align perfectly with your expectations.
Delivery & Usage
Once the images and/or videos are finalized, we’ll deliver them in organized ZIP files via a secure download link. For Photography, you’ll receive two sets of files:
- Print-ready images: Optimized for brochures, magazines, and other physical marketing materials.
- Web-optimized images: Perfectly formatted for websites, social media, and online campaigns.
For Video productions, all file needs will be discussed during the pre-production phase.
Your download link will remain active for 3 months, and we recommend making multiple backups of your final files for safekeeping. If you wish to purchase additional unprocessed files, please do so within three months of delivery, as we only guarantee storage for that period.
